Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
An email confirmation with order details will be sent to the provided email address upon receipt of successfully placed orders. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after shipment.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the delivery address.
Import duties and/or custom fees may be charged by local authorities depending on shipping region; these fees are not included in the shipping cost and are handled by you separately.
If you do not receive your order 6 weeks after your order confirmation email, please contact us at admin@thesundayfreckles.com with your name and order number.
In case of disputes, we reserve the right for final decision.
